There is an application
process for approval.
By listing in our basic directory you will have the occasional
opportunity to pick up a private consumer job every now and then
but the best part is... many national companies and even
a few retailers may call on you for regular work.
The basic directory is not so much for
getting jobs where a consumer finds you through our
Website (although it can happen); it is more for the
companies (local and national) to find you. You also get
the opportunity to get involved in our community of
professional assemblers by joining
Linkedin.
There are only a few rules to be
listed here:

We cannot get recurring complaints from
customers or other service providers about your
services.

Don't get caught undercutting the
local independent professional competition... if we
get a complaint, investigate it and find you are
doing so... your listing will be removed with no
refund.

You should join our discussions
through the LinkedIn Group; another free service. With the
United Assemblers Network LinkedIn group
(there is no
requirement to interact) but there is a wealth
of information about our industry and occasionally
there will be job postings.
