Today, you need all the exposure you can get and a
website helps more than most of you give it credit for.
Having a professional website will give customers the
confidence to hire you (if you set it up right).
There
really is no excuse, domains cost about $12 (many times
less) and you can
get a website hosting package starting at about $3.99 a month
and if
you pay 12 months in advance it is about $47.88.

Accept Credit Cards
It is very easy to collect credit
card payments. I use PayPal and have for close to 10 years now.
Sign-up for the Website Payments Standard, it is
free and you "NEVER" pay a fee unless it is used.
When you sign-up for PayPal, you can start accepting credit card payments instantly. As the world's number one online payment service, PayPal is the fastest way to open your doors to
customers that will now see you as the professional service
provider you are.
Don't have a website... Oh yes you
do!!!
Your-Name.ProAssembler.com "IS" your
website and the code can easily be placed on there so you
can have customers conveniently pay by a PayPal account or
"YES", even a regular credit card; again, I have been doing
it for years.

Generic chart on
"suggested" assembly pricing
The chart below is only a suggested
price structure to help you get started on what you should
be charging.
A word for swing sets... most of them
are a construction project and may seem like they are not
worth the money to assemble. The fact is they are, just like
everything else we provide services for, you will gain
knowledge through experience and eventually will be able to
make a nice living at whatever you assemble, install or
repair.
A good starting point for what you
should be charging is 30% (give or take 5%) of the "retail"
price of an item (NOT the sale price). There may be
cases when you may charge more or less, but that will come
with experience.
NOTE:
The chart above is for "suggested"
pricing; however, the network will not tolerate under
bidding to steal a job from your competitors on the network.
If you are found to be charging less than 10% of the above
suggested pricing, you risk being removed from the program.
If you are not charging at a minimum
of the above suggested prices, you are probably not paying
for insurance, paying your taxes or not operating with any
other expense as a legitimate business.

downloaded the program:
- Hover your cursor over and click
on Contacts, then click on "Add a Contact"
- As shown in the graphic below, on
the Skype name line, enter "assemble4you" and click on
the "Add" button, when you do, if your Skype name is
recognized by me, I will add you to my address book by
accepting your connection request. It might be a good
idea to send me an email stating your new Skype name so
I can be looking for it.
