1. The United Assemblers
Network (herein also called “the Network”) is made into
or caused to act as a single entity for the
listed companies or individuals only. However, all
individuals and/or companies listed on this network
(herein to be called “subscribers”) will maintain their own
business structure, although they are subject to the
rules stated within these terms-and-conditions set henceforth.
2. All subscribers should
(although not necessary) have and maintain a
professional looking Web site. For content suggestions,
requirements not stated or if you have questions, please
contact us. We have some rules for cross linking which
is a benefit to everyone listed.

If you link to a Web site
that promotes or has links to: gambling, dating,
porn, hate or any other site deemed to not shed
a good light on our network; you will be asked
to remove the link or have your link removed
from the network to your site. As long as you
link to a site not approved by the United
Assemblers, YOU MAY NOT LINK TO OURS AND WE WILL
NOT LINK TO YOUR'S.
- Linking to other assembly service
websites, not listed on the United Assemblers
Network, is not permitted. Again, this will protect the integrity of our network
since other Web site owners that are not listed are not required to follow our
terms and conditions. Additionally, this procedure protects the fairness of our
Network
subscribers
that pay for their listing from allowing a non-member Web sites
from benefiting without contributing.
- The
Network logo and the link provided to the network "must"
be displayed on the "FRONT" page of
subscribers Web sites,
there are “no” exceptions to this requirement.
3.
Referral fees need to be paid on time by all
subscribers.

Considering the listing fee is not contracted,
subscribers are able to release them self from the network at
anytime; however, there will be no refunds.

Additionally, considering listing fees, studies have
shown that paid subscribers understand the importance of
their listing and are more likely to follow terms and
conditions. Our fees are very low and will help protect
the integrity of our network.

PLEASE be aware... if you attempt to cheat the
system by not paying for your referrals,
you will be terminated from the program and your listing will be removed from
our directory. If you
turn down referrals, we
reserve the right to add a new subscriber.

Your quote to the consumer must be within a reasonable amount as
to not price a job so high because you don't want it; if you do, again we
reserve the right to add a new subscriber.

Additionally...
If a customer contacts you directly and
still fills out the assembly request form you will still be required to pay the referral fee.
4. It is expressly
prohibited to cause dissension by any means including
but not limited to any
subscriber… price structure,
business practices, or any success or failures of a
subscriber
other than presented in the terms and conditions
herein. If there are concerns about any
subscribers, they are
to be presented directly to the person you may have
issues with or directly with the United Assemblers office only.
5. It is the sole responsibility of
each and every entity listed on this network to carry
their own liability insurance. The United Assemblers
network, including all subscribers and any other entity
we endorse through advertisements or video interviews
are not responsible for any other listed entities
actions. We are a service that attempts to promote and
educate everyone in our industry; however, it is the
responsibility of every advertiser or subscriber to take
responsibility of their own actions.
6. Any member that does not stay in
conformity to these 6 simple rules of our terms and conditions are at risk of
having their listing removed. If a subscribers listing is
removed due to any infraction to these terms and
conditions, there will be no refund
and they will need to
re-apply to the United Assemblers network referral
program.
