Introduction

The United Assemblers Network, LLC (herein also called “the Network and or UAN”) is made into or caused to act as a source for the consumer to get connected to any listed companies or individuals within our network;  however, all individuals and/or companies listed on this network (herein to be called “subscribers”) will maintain their own legal business structure and they are subject to the rules stated within these
simple terms-and-conditions as set below. 

It is your responsibility...

To take care of your own business you must:

• schedule all of your own leads that come from the UAN or your own sources.
• price all of your own leads or jobs. 
• collect the fees you charge for "your" services from the customer.
• pay your scheduled listing fees on time.
• resolve any complaints with customers you get from the network or risk having your listing removed.

Liability...

• It is the sole responsibility of each and every entity listed on this network to carry their own liability insurance and obtain any licensing or other requirements to do business in their own state or metro area.

• The UAN is not responsible for subscribers or any other entities actions or products advertised on our website or through our instructional documents and videos.

Communications...

• It is expressly prohibited to cause dissension by any means including but not limited to any subscriber or seller of products by their price structure, business practices or success or failures.

• If there are concerns, complaints or comments about any subscriber, they are to be addressed directly with the other subscriber or the UAN office only.

Website Conditions...

If you don't have a personal website, we can help you set one up.

Linking directly to your website has limits:

• You may not link to any on-line dealers, manufacturers or any other entity that may use our type of services. If you do, we will not link to you directly but will provide you with a
  "ProAssembler.com" web page. IT IS PERMITTED to mention you have assembled or installed any products (However, and again... no links).

• You must link back to http://UnitedAssemblers.com from your "HOME" page. It is acceptable to do this by text links or logos (click here for the logo choices).

• Your website must be approved before we will link to you.

• Your website may not have any non-family safe content including but not limited to: gambling, hate, bullying, race, nudity, porn etc...

Other Networks...

• You are permitted to sign up with any directory offered by any manufacturer, on-line dealer or any other entity that offers a listing service; however, to grow a strong network of professionals it is advised to encourage those entities that have directories to use ours. Your participation in other directories only serves to dilute ours.

• It is not permitted to own, operate or manage industry related blogs or another directory from your website. Doing so will cause removal of your link from our directory to your website since it would be considered competition; there are no exceptions.

The UAN reserves the right to remove any listed contractor that is not in conformance with the TAC's on this page. 

Subscribers conformity with these terms-and-conditions

Any subscriber that does not stay in conformance with the above simple rules of our terms-and-conditions, are at risk of having the link to their website removed or terminated from the network.

If a subscribers listing is removed due to any infraction to these terms-and-conditions, there will be no refunds and they will be required to re-apply to the United Assemblers Network and pay a re-instatement fee of $100 plus any additional listing fees.

The UAN has the right to change these terms-and-conditions at anytime.

Additional Conditions for Types of Listings

Top Tech Listing

• Only one Top Tech per 500,000 in population. For example: if you live in Columbus Ohio there are over 3 million people within a 45 mile radius... so there is six (6) Top tech spots available.

• Only companies with commercial liability insurance can be listed as Top Techs. You must have verifiable experience by listing the UAN as a certificate holder (Insurers do not charge for this service).

• Top Techs must take responsibility for all job types (furniture, fitness equipment assembly and repair, basketball goal installation and any other product that requires our type of services). If the listed Top Tech does not want to perform these types of jobs, it is the Top Techs responsibility to find someone in their area willing to contract with the Top Tech.

• Additionally, if a Top Tech does not want to take responsibility they should consider a Premium Listing.

• There will only be one Top Tech & one Commercial Provider in a metro area... in the case of multiple metro areas with large populations, those areas will be split; however, a company is permitted to take more than one Top Tech area... NOTE: there will be "NO" discounts for multiple areas.

• In the case of being bordered next to multiple states that are within a Top Techs area. The Top Tech can purchase multiple areas or elect to have their listing added to Premium Listing Directory free.

Premium Listing

• Unlimited listings

• Although this listing does not require liability insurance, it is highly suggested you carry it. This network is not responsible for any listed members actions.

• In the case of being bordered next to multiple states that are within a Top Techs area. The Top Tech can purchase multiple areas or elect to have their listing added to Premium directory.

Basic Listing

• Unlimited listings

• Although this listing does not require liability insurance, it is highly suggested you carry it. This network is not responsible for any listed members actions.

• In the case of being bordered next to multiple states that are within a Top Techs area. The Top Tech can purchase multiple areas or elect to have their listing added to Premium directory.

Recruiting Listing

• Unlimited listings

• This listing is for anyone who is looking to only contract with all the national assembly companies in business today (there is nothing wrong with this). 

• By signing up to this listing we will let you know who this network endorses so you don't get taken advantage of. All you need to do is call our office if you are contacted by an National Assembly Company (NAC) recruiter.
