National Assembly Companies Click here.

This website makes every effort to help the techs listed here gain the knowledge needed to provide a great service in this industry. We send out (at a minimum) a newsletter once a month with information to keep the techs in-the-know for our industry.

The most important consideration for a consumer when hiring service professionals, is to check out who you are hiring. This network is a subscription based service with a listing option and everyone on this network is an independent contractor or company hired technician that is a completely separate entity; and they are only bound by their own ethics.

Always do a little research before hiring anyone in any industry; even from a national company referred to you by "any" store where you purchase your products or from this network.

There are people who call themselves technicians that have no more assembly background than the average home-owner. To make sure you get a technician that can do your job right; here are some questions for you to ask before hiring a service provider:

  1. What is the technicians experience in this business?
The technicians answer should make you comfortable in hiring them. Their actual number of years experience should not matter. If you hear them stumble on any of the questions you ask, you might want to move on to the next listing or another source.

  2. Ask if they are insured.
This is one very fast way to know if they are legitimate. If they say yes, you still have the right and obligation to protect yourself to ask to see the policy. Don't feel troubled to call the insurer to confirm the policy, it is for your protection.

  3. Ask for references.
If you are still not quite comfortable with them ask for references. They should be happy to supply them if you ask.

  4. Ask if they are connected with any social media places like Facebook, YouTube or LinkedIn.
This is a very fast and possibly best way to find out if who you are hiring is connected in your community; their social networks will help you get answers from their followers. Recruiting from our network

Unless a national company is signed up with the referral program as a national service provider; we will not endorse or support their request for recruiting from our network.

If the UAN allows any national company to list and recruit from our network; they must pay a minimum of 60% of the entire assembly fees to the technician; and permit the UAN to be moderator in all issues that arise between any national company and the technician.

For the national assembly company there is a fee of $2,500 a year that places them in our referral program and allows recruiting from the network. That fee also places them on our directory as a national service provider where they will receive referrals that they will pay a 5% referral fee just like the independent technician.

If you are an agent of a national assembly company... feel free to click here apply through our referral agreement.
